In 2011 there was made an effort to try to build a golf course in the Sunny Beach area.

To our disappointment this was an impossible task to fulfill with our model.
We tried to gather the owners of the big hotels and resorts to cooperate on this project in
the best interest for the region.

Cooperation to build something together is sadly not a part of the Bulgarian
culture.  As far as we know, there is no plan to build a golf course in the region in the foreseeable future.

As our pre project discovered there is some interest but not enough to build
this as a joint venture. Should anybody be interested in this, please feel free to contact us. We have a lot of
information from the pre project that can be of help to potential developers.
